    Feel like I’ve lost 10 pounds after four weeks without any change in diet. I have a company these workouts with a shot of protein powder in the mornings, and using a GNC all inclusive ripped vitamin packet.. now if I could only cut out the beer ! LOL

    I use this app to supplement my regular Taekwondo training, and I appreciate the addition. Love the videos that show the correct forms. Love the prestretch and post stretch routines. I modify as needed. Average about 20 minutes, could be a great standalone routine. Highly recommend.

  • Focused fitness in a constrained environment

    This is great, personalized training program for people with limited exercise resources (i.e., no weights or equipment). There is limited back focus, so would recommend tailoring the app to account for minimum equipment (e.g., dumbbells, pull up bar/tree limb, etc.). I used this while traveling across Europe and the US, and it is great for a hotel work out, exercise in the park, or fitness at home!
