    I am really enjoying Sweat. It’s easy to follow and gives me focus st the gym. Sometimes I go to the gym trying to figure out what I should be doing. I waste a lot of time wondering with no end results. This app is affordable and works because I am sore! Haha

    Everything you need and more is in this program, and options for every time of exerciser! I prefer a mix of machines and cardio and I don’t have a ton of time to do so, SWEAT is awesome and I would recommend it for sure.

    I love this app! I follow Kayla and Kelsey on Instagram, and that’s how I finally decided to make the switch in my workout routine to get the app. I started with the free 7day trial and completely see the benefits to have an annual subscription to this!! There are multiple programs to choose from, so if I want to do PWR one day, I can do yoga the next. The guidance on the app is super helpful as well. The ONLY con, is that I wish it just went to the next set without me having to hit the arrow on my phone every time. It’s something I imagine I’d get used to, I just prefer to move through my stuff without having my phone in my hand the whole time.

    This program is awesome. The workouts are easy to follow, you have access to each different workout style from PWR to BUILD to BBG and FIERCE that there’s literally no excuse not to work out. Time an issue? They have quick workouts to go to and complete, again from all workout styles. I have never felt more excited to get in a gym and get going!

    I’m using pwr workouts for now and I’m really enjoying them. I just wish there was room to record the weights I’m working with each week so I could actually remember to make progress without having to remember what weights I used the previous weeks for the same exercises.
