I was charged for my subscription but yet have no access to anything on the app for neither my phone or my Apple TV, not the first time having issues with this crappy company, they never fixed my problem with my not having access on my Apple TV earlier this year and they don’t offer anything for the inconvenience, but still charge for use even if you don’t have the use!/. New post, still have yet to have access even though I keep being told we are working on your issues since 5/11/18

I tried to apply my free trial promotion and it didn’t have an option to put the coupon in and instead I was charged for the subscription. This needs to be fixed.

There are a few good movies. The movies can often stream slow. My biggest complaint is that new movies are added to seldom. The movies all seem to be the same ones you can find anywhere.

I’m trying to see a movie from google on my tv and all the titles come with a lock box. Idfk why or how to resolve this, not even steps to follow on the app.

I have enjoyed the movies in the past but now my iPad app is plagued with so-called geographic restrictions....hardly any of the movies actually play due to the restrictions but they DO work when I watch on my laptop, so obviously the movies are not truly restricted (obvious since I’m here in NYC anyway). Two emails to tech support have gone ignored.....is THIS what I pay for?
