  • Download for offline fails miserably

    Do not count on this app to download episodes for watching on a plane, etc. Typically fails with a "downloaded too many times this year" message even on episodes Ive never watched! Pointless and sloppy programming. YOU FAILED YOUR USERS DC!
  • Can’t read comics

    On the iPhone xs when I hit tab for read now to continue with next comic doesn’t load. Now since last update won’t launch any new comic that I haven’t already read. This happened before and I could close app completely and relaunch but now nothing. This wrong and poor execution . Now 12 closes and relaunches and nothing ugh...I want to five star this app but your a comic company and the comics can’t be read. Been trying to read title I never have before like swamp thing and green lantern, no dice. Please fix
  • 7 Day subscription broken...

    Tried to sign up in App but seems like something is broken... not sure if I want to go to the website to sign up. Seems like it would be better to sign up and manage subscription in the app. Hopefully a fix is on the way...
  • Disabling Autoplay needed

    I love the app on my Apple TV. I would just like for there to be a way to disable auto play so I don’t miss episodes if I fall asleep in the middle of one. Then i have to go back threw and figure out which episode I’m on. Also I wish there was a way to tell which episodes I’ve completely watch.

    This app has been out for a while I thought they would have fixed the lag it is barely ever compatible with any screen mirroring on Apple TV, fire stick, etc. love the content but the app is so terrible that I never use it because it’s so hard to just watch something
  • Wrongful billing!

    When I first downloaded this app I marked that I wanted to be billed monthly. After the first month I was billed for the month and billed for the year and when trying to reach someone at iTunes I was put on hold forever and no one ever answered. I figured out how to cancel the subscription, which I did a few months ago and I am still to this day being billed a monthly fee. I tried asking for a refund online and was denied the minute I sent the request. I believe this is fraud! So this is my last resort. I don’t know how else to get someone’s attention on this matter. I guess the next step is to cancel my credit card, which I really do not want to do! So anyone thinking about subscribing to this, please be careful.

    You would think everything would be on here, being that they took all the DC stuff off Netflix and Hulu. Negative. There are more comic strips than anything. Very disappointing.
  • Great app, just one issue I’m having

    Maybe this is a random bug I’m getting or something? I don’t know. Let’s say I’m in the middle of an episode of Young Justice or something and want to leave it for a bit to check something else out on the app. My instinct is to press “Pause” and then the little arrow in the top left corner to get back to the main page. However, when I press Pause is when the issue starts. I can’t get out of the screen, because the arrow in the corner (and also the play, rewind, etc buttons) appears now only in a brief flash as my finger is leaving the screen. Then it disappears again! If this could get fixed, that would be wonderful! 😊 All this being said, I think this app is pretty great already as is! Just this one little thing!

    As I’m thrilled to have all the high quality content DC is able to offer, I must say the app makes the experience hard to enjoy sometimes. I’m able to let it pass on my mobile devices, the flaws of the app, given it’s much faster to close/reopen it, and find the content I’m looking for. But when it comes to the Apple TV... There’s no easy tabs to navigate through it, it malfunctions more often than expected, it just doesn’t seem like it was given a lot of thought, and it’s a even cheaper version of the mobile app, adapted to the Apple TV. I understand that services like HULU and Netflix get their money exclusively from streaming, and Warner Bros had way more to manage than just that, but it would be great to have an experience that is as great as the content available. Update: I had to take my review to 1 star, instead of 2, the app is really terrible, independent on the platform. Content is still worthy of 5 stars. Hope they will give us an app, in the future that works as good as what they have to offer.
  • Airplay

    Not sure about you but all I do is have problems trying to airplay from the app to my appleTv. Multiple attempts and tons of fails before it works. UPDATE to Dev response: spoke with support before review, sent info for all devices. No fix, was told it’ll be worked on in new updates. Two app updates later still having issues.
