My employee and I are both missing incoming calls on the mobile app. Tech support has not been responsive lately. They might be having issues right now. Hope it is worked out soon or I will need to switch.

Good features. Simple to use. The quality of calls sometimes and issue but overall great service. Any higher price though and I’d test out alternatives.
  • Good, but needs more work

Overall it works as described but some issues. I’ve had trouble with it not pushing notifications of messages or calls through. For a while it wasn’t even pushing the calls themselves through. Also, recent updates have been scattershot: for a while we got transcriptions or voicemails unannounced, then it disappeared without warning. And for a while it would take audio a few seconds to catch up. Overall it works fine but reliability can go in and out.

  • Rings only half the time

This app is quite awful when it comes to actually ringing when phone calls come in. I use this as a second business line, and half of the calls that come in pop up as missed or voicemails. This has had a negative impact on business, I am currently looking for a new app for a second line.

I don’t always get notices, spotty service. It will reset itself on its on. I paid for the year and it erased messages and my entire set up
  • Notification doesn’t work sometimes

With the latest versions (v 12-12.0.2), notification works intermittently and only if it is running. Before, notification worked even when the app wasn’t running. Now only if it is running and only intermittently.
