  • Use an Authentication carefully. If you reset your screwed

    By WhatsGoingOn316
I reset my iPhone and had two factor Authentication set. My Authentication didn’t comeback with my backup. Now they have my information held hostage. All of this on Premium. And I cannot remember my hint for my password, which I’m not trying to reset. I know my password. The questions they asked were ludicrous sense, as if I would remember ever IP address I used while using their site. I use a VPN. Further, LastPass violated FDIC requirements by requesting detailed payment information in writing. Then they wanted websites listed that were not normal so Amazon and other normally used were out. If they had called the number attached to my account they would be rated higher.
  • Lost all my passwords

    By rtiybg
I used the app for a month and then got a quick message “30 day premium trial is up” and the app logged me out. I tried the password recovery process numerous times but no email was ever received. (Yes, I checked my spam folder.) All of my records are lost. I can’t submit a help ticket because I’m locked out.
  • Makes life easier

Trying to remember passwords is the worst!!! LastPass solved that problem for me. LOVE!!!
  • Beware ! No FormFills anymore

    By nandem
Be wary if you are a longtime Premium user who used ALL of the functionality in previous versions of Lastpass! FormFill allowed me to manage my parents affairs quite easily. Think shopping - credit cards, mailing addresses, etc. This is gone and no effort has been made to address it. Previously it worked with the internal browser. Since it has been removed, the FormFill data is removed and no api has been created to use with your new selectable browser. I am not upgrading one device to keep this functionality. I’ve been a premium user since 2009.
  • Last update trashed all my sorting/organization

    By kelleydr
I love LastPass. I have a LP Family subscription. The last update (12-Nov) has trashed all my organization on the past six years. LastPass has no guidance on fixing the issue! Nothing on the Blog, nothing on the Help pages. They should have sent out an email to all users prior to this update to provide guidance BEFORE the update so we could prepare! I would not update to this version until they fix this and I will not recommend app until this is resolved.
  • Great app

    By BoldAsLove88
I almost gave 4 instead of 5 stars because when clicking "rate" inside the app it froze. This could be an ios update issue, and anyways the app itself Ive never had any issues with. One recommendation: don't store master password and don't store the email password associated with your LastPass account. Also make sure those two passwords are unique onto themselves. If you take these basic precautionary steps I have full faith in my passwords being protected as well or better than anywhere else.
  • Issue with filling in usernames

    By Pineapples & Mangos
Doesn't fill in the username when the username and password are on different pages. An example is when logging in to the website for managing your Target redCard. Please fix this.
  • Touch Id

    By Hebgb2010
Why, since the last two "updates" will the touch id not show up when opening the app? I have to input my master password THEN touch pops up. Fix it please!
  • Use something else

    By zaliste
I've had the app for a month. Go to use it today and it wants me to login. OK, annoying but whatever right? Nope, master password doesn't work and no recovery option functions. Luckily I only had three sites stored here, everything else was safely in the iCloud Keychain. I DID NOT FORGET MY MASTER PASSWORD. Anyway, I just used the app for some unimportant captive portal for wifi and two random sites that I remember the password for. I'll still use the app once I wipe it since it will take me five minutes, but if I had any amount of important items in here I'd be screwed.
  • Cannot unlock my account

    By jones2018100
This app is HORRIBLE. It worked great for about a month then locked me out (which I don’t understand because my Touch ID has worked perfectly in the past, there was no reason to lock me out). Because I was unable to recall my password from the password hint Last Pass was unable to reset my passcode or recover my account. In addition there is NOWHERE on their website to contact support directly. The only instruction is to open a ticket for service, however, you must log in to do so. If I’ve forgotten my password how am I to log in? App works fine unless you run into issues then be prepared for zero customer support. Luckily I had my passwords stored elsewhere otherwise I’d be in a world of trouble as I relied on Last Pass for secure storage. I’ll uninstall and find a more reliable app that actually provides support and doesn’t lock me out for no reason.
