    This app allows you to easily track custom workouts of all kinds; whether it’s weight training, HIIT, bodyweight, etc... pretty much anything is possible. It’s my favorite workout app I’ve been using for years to record all my lifts.

    The only reason why I use this is because of how easy your mobile app worked and how well integrated it is. I haven’t been able to use the watch app in like 2-3 weeks because it keeps collapsing or just not synching. Please fix!!

    I kept a paper journal for many years. This simplified my life immensely. As a trainer it gives me the chance to have my clients actively involved in tracking their workouts and it gives them a very portable “brag book” to show their friends their improvements. I’d like to see the ability to add a workout from a different day for those times (especially cardio or outdoor activities) that you don’t think to put it in until a day passes. I’d also like to see it link with other formats, like Garmin, so as to get fuller info. All in all I love the app and recommend it often.

    Saves workout and history in cloud. Make sure you signup for an account. The updates to the app are superb. Refinement keeps it fresh and agile. You can create custom workouts. And add your own exercises. Must have and better than others I have tried.
  • Redesign was a big mistake

    StrongApp was great until the recent redesign. StrongApp 5 is now on the way to be as bad as all other exercise apps.
