    For some reason I can’t access my photos in my premium vault. The app is telling me I need to buy premium, but every time I try to buy premium it says my account is already subscribed. Is anyone else having the same problem? If so can you tell me how to fix it?

    Have emailed this dumb service three times now because I have a premium service that is withdrawing from my account every three months and recently it’s saying I must renew. I try to renew and the app says it doesn’t recognize my email. Stupid service. Save your pics to your email and don’t even bother with this thing.

  • Help! Photo Permissions

    I just uogrades to the XS Max and am having trouble saving photos from my vault to my phone. Even though I granted photo access permission when I installed Vault, when trying to save a photos I am getting the error message that it does not have permission to access my photos on the phone. When I got to Settings>Privacy>Photos, the Vault is not listed an an app that has been granted permission even though I gave it permission at the in-app prompt. So how do I get my phone/app in sync so that I can save my photos?

    I have been a premium user for2 years now. I am stuck once again in basic user mode even though I have paid my yearly premium subscription. This is a constant problem where the app thinks you aren’t upgraded user and I have contacted developer multiple times now with no response. Help.

    The app is great until u change phones.... I got a new phone and it won’t let me transfer my premium account to my new phone..: I have thousands of pictures saved in the vault and don’t want to lose them!

    Purchased a years subscription of premium services but the app now has me listed as basic account, when I try to renew or purchase service again says my account has premium service yet can’t reach vault to correct do not purchase premium services

    It’s a great app but when I got a new phone, I lost my acct and have been trying to get it back but I’m successful... I’ve been trying to reach out to get assistance but unsuccessful... hopefully this will help 🤷🏻‍♀️
