I have been trying to find a digital method of maintaining a daily, weekly and monthly (even yearly) way to successfully execute tasks and track my progress. And I have to say this is the app that I have been looking for! It’s easy to navigate and use and the fact that it works on all my devices and syncs the creation and completion of the tasks is one of the things that helps make it a must have app! I have been using it for a few weeks and find myself appreciating the native features that makes entering tasks a breeze. If you are at all hesitate, don’t be!

Seriously. There is my life before Todoist, in which I wrote things down in a scribbled list on my hand, tried to juggle deadlines in my head, and never had any sense of how much or little I had accomplished. And then there is my life after Todoist. For someone whose work is self-directed, structure is freedom. I recommend it unreservedly.

I found this tool when GoogleTasks started going haywire. It is user friendly, pretty intuitive, and can be used as simply or as detailed as you’d like. Just two suggestions: First, it would be helpful if the items that are flagged for priority or assigned a time were still able to be moved around instead of being locked into place at the top of the list. Also, some of us like the satisfaction of seeing the items we crossed off our list as we go through the day. If possible, it would be great to have the option to see completed items perhaps lined out and/or in gray and then they can be deleted at the end of the day. Overall a really functional app. Thank you!

Just started using this app, and I am most impressed! Main reason for choosing was it sync’s with Windows so I get reminders in my Pc email and on the iPhone app. Free’s up my mind to focus on the task at-hand with no worry about forgetting other important things.

I am a long time getting things done user who started with products like the PalmPilot and my trusty day timer. One of the first to migrate to the elect Tronic versions of the day timer I was really excited when I was looking for a product that would help me get things done and truck my to do list but also integrate with things like my email and my calendar and my projects. That’s what todoist does. I can modify the look and feel of the product with different GUI environments. I can look at the next seven days of tasks or I can just look at three days of tasks or I can look at a specific view of only certain projects such as my business focused projects. I can tag particular task for where I am going to be at that time so if I’m standing in line at the at the bank I can look at my Todoist and see what quick task so I might accomplish while standing in that line. I can also tag the task as far as the effort it will require so if I’m not feeling Well that day I can look for tasks that require less effort and get those done rather than doing nothing at all. Our use this product on my iPad on my iPhone and on my desktop. There are business and enterprise and team versions of the product. Great job todoist
