  • It really works

I met my boyfriend of four months now on here and we are happier than ever. Great app that emphasizes meaningful relationships. :)
  • Too many fake profiles

    By ELGarcia
The app is incredibly slow to open and when it does, immediately shuts down. Once it does this it’s fine. All of the profiles end up being a fake profile and I end up blocking and reporting.
  • Too Expensive

    By ZackAttack93
It’s a good app and I’d say you generally see higher-quality matches than you’d find on tinder etc. My two main issues are with the cost to use and dishonesty from the developer. It basically costs $5 to like anyone that’s not one of your daily matches. In my experience, there’s a lot of really old profiles of people who haven’t used the app in weeks or months floating around, so paying to like someone is almost guaranteed to be wasted money. I also don’t like how the app will show 5 notifications when there’s no new notifications or maybe only one. This happens a lot and I find this to be really irritating. Almost as annoying as the push notifications it sends that imply you’ve connected with someone, when in reality that hasn’t happened and they just want you opening the app🙄. It has good potential but currently it’s not THAT great.
  • Improves with engagement

The app slowly gets better at suggesting people the more you like or don’t like people. Login every day for a week or so to help narrow it down. Once the app knows better what you’re looking for, it actually suggest some pretty cool people
  • It’s a trap! (For your wallet)

    By Alijah Simon
Once you run out of the several thousand included “beans” (their synonym for your money), the app basically becomes useless. If you also use tinder, you basically get one “swipe” per day after that. And you don’t get to choose who it is. They show you a person, take it or leave it. So download this app if you plan on meeting someone within the first week of use, or if you want to give your money AND personal data to this random company (terrible privacy policy) despite the fact that there are better alternatives. By the way- these people that you spend money on the privilege to “like,” may not even use the app anymore. So you may pay a few bucks to like someone and they’ll never even see your message. This app has potential, but their strategy is completely wrong. Not to mention that there is no iPad support, so don’t plan on messaging anywhere except your phone. OkCupid has an iPad app, for example.
  • Fine result read more

    By BodoTummler
Offers an excellent user interface based on the profile you provide. With plenty of photos you can choose yourself. I don’t like that people can put a picture of something else (mostly pets) and often there is confusion about which face is the “bagel” and which is a friend or daughter. Overall CMB is far better with meaningful matches than POF which I tried ~8 years ago yielding some creepy results.
  • I’m not able to get messages

    By zzawtty
Why I’m I not getting messages on my account, I’m trying to read my messages but cannot
  • Definitely worth trying

    By cmb>pof
I was on POF for six months, and sent 115 messages in that time with no response. I tried CMB for 10 days and the first person to contact me has been amazing. We have been on 3 dates, and there’s definitely chemistry. I’m not superstitious, but this feels like serendipity. Give it a try!
  • App makes no sense

    By Martholomeow
I can't figure this app out at all. I can't tell if I've contacted someone or not. I have no idea what a "take" is or why i should pay for it. Every day i get a notification about some bagels but i don't know why they were sent to me or if they selected me or if it was some algorithm. This is what bad confusing coercive app design is all about. DELETED!
  • Not worth it

This is too expensive and not many real profiles.
