  • Food logging could be easier

    When I’m logging a food and don’t have the nutritional facts in front of me, I don’t necessarily know how many servings I’m eating per those facts. For example, I had 2 pieces of toast with my breakfast. I went to log it and one of the logging options is “servings.” Clicking on “more info” only shows serving size as “1 serving” but is that 1 slice? 2 slices? It doesn’t make it easy and I then have to google nutritional info to accurately log. Adding an option of uploading a website with a recipe would also be wonderful rather than having to add each ingredient one by one.

    With Noom I have finally been able to lose weight. The program really worked for me. The app is great. Love the daily articles, logging and tracking progress. My only complaints are the step logging and that I can only use it one on device. These are minor problems given how much the program helped me to be more healthy. I was skeptical when I started but am now Team Noom all the way.

    I had this app many years ago and I could listen to music while exercising and it would track me with GPS and show where I went how fast I was walking how many calories I burned, why can I not do that now?
  • How does toasting a piece of bread make it go from green to yellow?

    I just got the app this week and haven’t gotten into the bulk of the program yet (I’ll keep updating my review as I use the program to keep track). I wanted to give some feedback that I thought went along with some of the other reviews here. The color system is weird. I like the idea of it, but this morning I tried to log whole wheat toast without butter (76 calories), and the app said it was a yellow food. But when I tried to log a slice of whole wheat bread (81 calories), it was a green food. I know the Noom nerds take pride in being nerds, but as a fellow nerd I know toasted bread without butter has very little nutritional impact on the caloric density of whole wheat bread. Is there any way the system could be reviewed or edited? Thank you, will update soon.

    Very difficult to cancel, I tried was unable to find an unsubscribe link. After I was auto subscribed for 6 more months I finally learned how to cancel. Also after months of following the program religiously, I was not impressed with my weight loss.
