  • New updates are terrible

    By dsharp206
I just downloaded your new app update and it lost my steps from last two days. I now have to slide over to see how many miles walked and slide over again to see how many calories burned. Old app showed number of steps, miles walked and calories burned all on one page. And you keep showing ads, NOT good. Old app MUCH better! Need to work on this AND NOT LOSE MY DAILY PROGRESS!
  • Took away steps from home screen.

This is why I used this app. $2.99 a week?!! Way too much for a step counter. Uninstalled.
  • Not happy

    By granny_stepsalot
I don’t know why you found it necessary to change things, because it screwed everything up on my end. Everything is off by at least a day and it added steps that I didn’t take to every day. I will now have to look for a different step counting app.
  • Used to be great.

This used to be my favorite step counting app. Simple to use, easy to read. This latest update is HORRIBLE. Looks bad, doesn’t add correctly for weekly totals, shows 0 steps for a random day, etc. Will be deleting if I can’t get an older version back.
  • Not so happy this time around

I had been very happy with Stepz. It’s a nice app and I appreciated how it was laid out - day totals, week, month, etc. I particularly enjoyed sliding the screen to view step totals per individual walk. I am much less excited about the new iteration. For starters, I was looking at my 14,500 step total yesterday (my daily goal is 10,000), and that result was in Red not in Green; moreover, I lost steps in the update; it now shows 0 steps for 2/13 and 2/14 each when I had totals of 17,000+ and 20,000+ for those 2 days. I can no longer find individual step totals for individual walks. This isn’t a minor thing - when I try a new route I like to see the step total so that I know for future walks. Also the activity total is way skewed, e.g. a step total of 12,000 equals like 2 hours 22 minutes while a 16,000 total equals like 1 hour 12 minutes. Overall, I find the new version difficult - too many choices to swipe through, colors I’m not sure about - light green, blue!? I understand the need to improve, eliminate bugs, etc. but this version seems a definite step backward.
  • app update

I really like this app. However when I got the update yesterday, all my data from the 14th and part of the 15th were wiped out. Now it shows zero steps for one day and less than 10,000 the other day. Very disappointed that the update wiped out the data. I have always recommended this app to others but may not do so now
  • Crash

    By Swear jz
Hello. After the last 2 updates, every time I open the app it crashes. It won’t work at all. The widget says “go pro” and it’s not counting steps and I cannot open the app it crashes every single time. I don’t want to delete the app I love it. Please fix it asap. Thank you. Device information: iphone xs, ios 12.1.4 Sara.
  • App has lost its mind just recently

    By pshowell
Usually a 4.5 - 5 star app, but recently unreliable. Seems to have lost its mind. Very sad.
  • Issue with update?

    By dreamysky5
I have been using the Stepz app for a long time. Just now this morning I updated some thing and now my step totals all changed. It says I got zero steps on Friday which is wrong because I got almost 10,000 steps that day. The Stepz app transfers all my steps into my Walgreens app as well so I can earn health points, so I went over to the Walgreens app just to make sure I wasn’t crazy. The Walgreens app shows I did get over 9000 steps on Friday. Not sure what’s wrong with this update.
  • Bad update

    By mikew05078
The forced update has messed up my previous days number of steps - not just one day but every single one for the past year!
