  • Gets you to play

    By Zingledot
Just sitting your butt down and playing is the most important part of learning anything. I'm 35, and this is the first method of picking up piano that has been engaging. The instant feedback and built-in tempo is the best part. Trying to learn with books and videos and trying to keep your own time is a serious chore. Then everyone has their opinion on best strategies for learning and material to use. Here, you don't think about it. Just sit down and have fun.

  • It could use multiple tuning features

    By Marci Gregg
I love the app, but for the guitar section I want to tune it to drop d and other types of alternate tuning, but there are no options. An option to pick which tuning you want to use for guitar would be a great addiction! Overall though, a great app.
  • It’s cool and all...

I feel like this app would be super helpful to me, but only 10 minutes a day? And then $60 for every 3 months? I feel like you guys should give us a little bit more than just 10 minutes of free play time. I would definitely consider putting money into this, but that’s just too much

  • Why this needs work

    By horesdonkey
It’s horrible it’s good at first but then it just falls off constant hey you should get premium every single video or song there is a premium ad that you are not aloud to skip and takes 10 to 20 seconds and that counts toward your short 10 minutes you are aloud to play unless you have premium which is almost 200 dollars a year and most of the time it doesn’t pick up my notes like in house of the rising sun I didn’t miss a single note it was calling my open e chord wrong you literally can’t get that wrong it doesn’t pick it up and when I use my bass (while plugged in and on) it constantly says if u have an electric bass please plug it in or use your amp. It could be very good but it isn’t.
  • Not musically inclined

    By Hot stick pimp
I just always wanted to play the guitar, but never would have the time to go to lessons. Nor could I afford it. Yousician fix both those problems. I practice when I can and it’s easy to use. My young sons see me play and now they are interested. It’s kind of like a video game that you actually learn something from. Your fingers are going to hurt, don’t give up.
  • Knew nothing before and now I can play a little

    By sweetncookies
I didn’t know anything about a ukulele. I have using the free app version for a month. I know hot tune and play a few cords. I’m getting better everyday. I highly reccomend.
