Do you think ultra-compact seven-inch tablets can be called phablets or smartphones? Indeed, in fact, manufacturers are positioning them precisely as phones. Here you have a telephone, not a tablet menu, support for voice calls, and much more. And when you pick up such a device, it looks more like an overgrown smartphone than a tablet. On the other hand, I personally would not be able to use such a hybrid as the main phone, but I regularly see people talking on 'tabs' from Samsung, so the use case is common.
