Water bicycle

This startup got by without Kickstarter support, even though it took six years to develop. The concept of the device was created in 2012 by Guy Howard-Willis, but then it never came to a working prototype. In 2010, the author resumed work on the prototype, this time with designer Robert Alonzo. Now all technical difficulties have been successfully resolved and the issue of commercial production is being resolved. The first batch is promised next year. Judging by the video, it turned out great.

The Manta5 is an electric hydrofoil bike designed to 'ride' on water. If you are too lazy to pedal, you can use an electric motor. It will be enough for about an hour of work, the maximum speed will be 20 km / h.

The frame of the 'bike' is aluminum, some parts are made of carbon fiber. Weight is 20 kg and the fenders are removable, allowing the Manta5 to be carried in the trunk of a car.

Cyclotron Bike

They say there is no point in reinventing the wheel. The Cyclotron Bike developers thought differently and came up with a futuristic bike without spokes and cameras.

The inner side of the wheel remains stationary, which allows the free space to be used as a boot. Plus, the wheels start to glow at night, giving the Cyclotron Bike a truly fantastic look.

The bike supports 18 speeds, has a bunch of sensors (Bluetooth, GPS, etc.) and is compatible with a number of additional accessories like a child seat.

Smart Swimming Goggles

The gadget supports a gentleman's set of functions of fitness bracelets and smart watches: heart rate tracking, counting swim time and laps, calories burned, etc. But, unlike the same watch, Zwim allows you to track information right during the swim.

The head-up display allows all necessary data to be displayed on the first eyepiece of the glasses. The solution is about the same as in the sensational Google Glass.

The data is synchronized with the phone after the end of the workout. The built-in battery lasts about four hours.

Flying robot

Aire is a flying home security robot. He can simply patrol the apartment, reacting to suspicious noise, or work as a mobile video surveillance system. And it can be used for interactive video broadcasts, allowing you to 'drop in' to your friends' party even when you are on the other side of the world.

The robot is compatible with Alexa, which allows it not only to respond to commands, but also to become a full-fledged part of the smart home. Most smart home appliances report an emergency via text or SMS, while Aire lets you see exactly what happened.

Anti stress pillows

It seems that spinners are gradually going out of fashion and are being replaced by … 'smart' pillows. There is about the same sense in them, only the electronics are larger and cost more.

Qoobo is a robot cat from Japanese developers. If you leave the pillow alone for a long time, she begins to 'get angry', beat her tail and demand to take her in her arms.

If you start stroking it, then the movements of the tail become smooth and relaxed. It is believed to help combat stress.

But the Somnox pillow does not need to be ironed, but hugged. Like a teddy bear. It is supposed to help people with sleep problems.

The pillow is able to 'breathe', imitating both movements and sounds. Depending on the user's sleep phase, the 'breathing' rhythm is different for the device. According to the developers, this helps a person to normalize the rhythm of his own breathing. This means that you fall asleep faster, sleep more calmly and wake up easier.

There is a function of a light alarm clock that simulates dawn, and a built-in Bluetooth speaker that can play music or read books at night.
