With work, it sometimes happens that here it is, but it is no longer there. The main thing in such a situation is not to hang your nose and immediately start looking for a new job, until the sweet poison of laziness has hit the body. Leading job aggregators and their branded applications will help you with this.

The Rabota.ru application interface is represented by large colorful icons. After entering the data into the search, a concise list of vacancies is displayed. Having opened one of them, you can immediately make a quick call to the employer or add numbers to the phone book. But for a text response, registration on the site is already required.
After registration, other functions become available, such as creating and posting a resume, adding a vacancy you like to your favorites (a kind of bookmark with a vacancy, by analogy with a browser). In terms of its capabilities, the mobile application differs little from the Rabota.ru website. The only difference that we managed to find was the lack of contextual prompts ('watch', 'guard-driver' and others upon request 'guard'). With a stable connection to the network, the application works quickly, the vacancy database opens instantly. But there is no horizontal mode of operation in the application, which may not please the owners of tablet phones.
After launching the HeadHunter application, the user immediately goes to the 'Job Search' section. That is, there is no menu in the classical sense of the word, and the whole process is reduced to filling in the search lines and the search itself. I liked the opportunity to enter the name of the vacancy by voice and the subsequent search with the discriminator 'Only for people with disabilities' – you can feel the care of people with disabilities. The search itself and the display of vacancies on the screen is a little slower than that of Rabota.ru, but in the list already received, you can correct the location of the job you are looking for, the size of the salary and other information – this is a definite plus. As in the previous application, here you can make a quick call from a vacancy, but this is not obvious. To call, you need to touch the phone number that is indicated in the contact details of the vacancy and does not stand out against the background of the text, someone will not guess for sure.
After registering in the application, adding your resume becomes available. I liked that you can register in one click through your Google account, and not just through the application website. Despite the not the fastest work, the HeadHunter application pleases with additional search options, but you will have to try to find them.
Yandex Jobs is a simple search engine for vacancies provided by other players. In the window with the selected vacancy, only general information opens, without all contact information. At the same time, the offer to call looks completely illogical, because we do not know the name of the person on the other end of the line. To get more information, you need to click on the banner with the image of the respondent (Rabota.ru in our case), after which it is suggested to select a browser and open a page in it … Then click on 'show phone' (This is done in the Web version of Rabota.Ru) and only then we will find out the name and patronymic of the personnel officer …
This is the most inconvenient option for job search, the process takes a long time and is accompanied by an increased consumption of traffic. You cannot recommend a job search using Yandex Jobs.
A useful feature of the SuperJob app is the 'Work Near Home' option. To get information about all vacancies in the neighborhood, just enter the name of your street and select the exact full address from the pop-up list. For homebound job seekers, this is a significant plus (nursing mothers, caring for elderly parents, disabled people). Some surprise was caused by the application's categorical refusal to show the employer's contact information without registration and to call him. At the same time, it is easy to do this, since it supports quick registration via g +, VK, Fb and Mail.ru accounts.
Additional questions are raised by the usefulness of the option called 'Find a job by acquaintance'. With it, you can send your current resume to friends on the social network through which you logged into the application. Real friends will be aware of your problems anyway, and strangers will not take the responsibility of recommending a stranger.
The official application of the Federal Service for Labor and Employment 'Work in Russia' has been taking a long time to launch. At least during this time, you can take your time to take a screenshot of the start screen. Further investigation only confirmed the worst fears. The application is poorly written. All actions in the interface are jerky, the reaction after pressing any button occurs at an arbitrary interval of time within two seconds (and this is on a phone with 2GB of RAM and 28,000 points in Antutu!). In the very logic of the menu, flaws are visible, for example, you can open the list of additional search conditions, but you can no longer hide it back. The final nail in the coffin of the application drives its inability to determine the user's location in automatic mode with full access enabled. Others can, but it does not!
All these drawbacks nullify the main advantage of the application – information from all employment centers in Russia flows into it.
Conclusion
The base of vacancies for all considered applications in quantitative and qualitative content is approximately the same. This is due to the fact that a good employer does not put all his eggs in one basket and sends out to all major resources. Based on this, the user's choice is limited only by the convenience of working with this or that application. If you are interested in my personal opinion, then I would recommend Rabota.ru for its convenience and 'HeadHunter' for the approach to job search, how to consistently refine the request, since the search circle can be reduced at any stage of the process. And remember the main thing – everything will pass! And you will find a job!
After examining the test subjects, I was unable to answer myself two questions. Why did Yandex make such a Yandex Jobs application and how much did the Jobs in Russia application cost the taxpayers. Maybe you know?
