Operators

Beeline has a wonderful opportunity to link several numbers to one personal account, recently I just used it to help one of my relatives on occasion and would like to share sad observations about the work of operators.

As far as possible, I try to help not only our readers, but also close relatives, for example, my aunt. Once she complained that she simply did not spend more than 2/3 of the included minutes, SMS and traffic and asked to switch her to a tariff without a monthly fee, which I did. Seeing in the LC the inscription 'mobile Internet is not connected', I naively decided that it was already disabled. A few days later, while checking her account statement, I noticed charges for several megabytes of traffic, turned to the support service, it turned out that 'not connected' means that billing will go at basic rates (9 rubles / MB). It was impossible to completely disconnect the Internet via the LAN, so I again turned to support for help. The first operator said that the aunt had to turn off the mobile Internet on her smartphone herself, but he could not do anything, his colleague turned off all these options along with MMS on the next call.

In addition to the Internet 'as a gift', the free tariff included the services 'be aware +' and 'my SMS', both of course paid and I, of course, turned them off. Almost a month has passed and what do you think? In the list of services, 'my SMS' appears again, and my aunt says that she received an 'SMS' from Beeline, where the 'caring' operator 'worried' that she was sending too many messages and re-connected this service to her.

You know, I always know exactly where and for what money was debited from me. Not a single extra penny goes away just like that, but watching my friends and acquaintances, I regret to see that they are hung with a bunch of unnecessary paid add-ons, and even if you try to help, after a month the situation repeats itself.

I will not be surprised if each of you has similar stories, I will be glad to read them in the comments.
