After that, several steps are possible: forcibly closing the application, clearing the Play Store cache, checking which applications or services, being disabled, affected the operation of the application store, and much more. Finally, you can try to revert the Google Play Store to an older version (Settings – Applications – Google Play Store – Uninstall updates), and then update the application again.
