The popularity of endless runners is easy to explain: it's easy, fun to play, and many of these games are so addicting that you come back to them time after time (not to mention the fact that they can be played anywhere and anytime, as soon as you have a couple of free minutes). A small selection, perhaps, will delight those who have not yet discovered these runners for themselves, and you, as always, can share in the comments the names of your favorite representatives of the genre.
Arrow

We can say that Arrow is something like a vertical Flappy Bird, however, the feeling from it is different, at times it resembles the classic 'snake' that Nokia made popular many years ago. In addition to avoiding walls while your arrow is advancing, you also need to collect stones to unlock new arrows and backgrounds. Arrow may seem too complex to be fun at first. But when you figure out how to play it, an exciting journey awaits you.

Geometry Dash Lite
Geometry Dash is a rhythm-based retro runner. It is easy to play, but very difficult to win. Time and rhythm play a very important role when you jump or fly to the sound of live music. Beware of portals: they greatly change the physics of the game. Most of the levels are available even if you have not coped with the previous ones, so if you are tired of a certain level, you can always change it without completing it. Geometry Dash Lite is free to play, but if you want more soundtracks and options (including the ability to create your own levels), you'll have to buy the full game.

Looney Tunes Dash!
[iframe url = '// www.youtube.com/embed/j1OLgMHX-xM']
The most famous Looney Tunes characters, including Bugs Bunny, Road Runner, Tweety and Duffy Duck, await you in this game, which is not much different from other endless runners. As you run, you need to slide, accelerate and jump to avoid obstacles. Nothing new in terms of gameplay, but the cool Looney Tunes universe is what makes this game a real pleasure. You start out as Bugs Bunny, and as you progress through the levels (and achieve goals like picking carrots or breaking boxes), you get the opportunity to play as other characters. You will find various upgrades to help you out, and silly remarks and colorful gear will add some fun.

Ninjump
Not an ordinary endless runner. In NinJump, you play as a ninja who jumps from wall to wall trying to get as high as possible. To jump, you just need to touch the screen. But this is not as easy as it might seem, and soon you will realize that it is difficult to stay alive for long. You will need to avoid many difficulties: hostile ninjas, throwing shurikens, evil squirrels, diving birds, etc. Upgrades will help, but only practice will make you true ninja masters.

The pit
[iframe url = '// www.youtube.com/embed/r0h5GyufoA8 ″]
You can only survive in this game if you are skillful enough. You need to know exactly where to slide (by tapping and holding your finger on the screen), and more importantly, you need to know exactly where to jump (by releasing your finger). Your characters run across an endless field full of deadly traps, and you don't even have time to catch your breath – unless, after dying, you no longer want to play again.

Zombie tsunami
If you like endless runners and zombies, this game is definitely for you! In truth, the zombies in it are not the fastest runners, but they can jump and bite pedestrians, turning them into new zombies that will join you. Increasing your herd of zombies is easy (you can even flip cars to grab passengers), but it is just as easy to lose it, since there is no shortage of obstacles that complicate the passage of the game. The game lasts as long as you have at least one zombie capable of running.
