Smartphone resale

What do you do with an old smartphone when you buy a new one?

Initially, I planned to ask you, what is the average lifespan of your smartphone, how often do you change it? Then I thought, for sure readers who change their phones more often than once every two years are probably doing something with slightly outdated past models and it became interesting what exactly?

Traditionally, I'll first tell you how I act myself. I used to change my smartphone every two to three months, I sold the old model at the w3bsit3-dns.com flea market, then I took a slightly used new one there, the overpayment was usually only two or three thousand, and the emotions from the new device – months in advance! And then all sorts of adventures with custom, Titanium Backup, bootloader unlock and other interesting things.

Over the years, the stock Android acquired almost all the chips of custom firmware, so I started to mess with them much less, and my smartphone's lifespan also extended (thanks to my work, there were no problems in new impressions of the devices).

And now I have been using the same model for the third year and started thinking, what would I do if I wanted to update? I immediately caught myself thinking that I would go to Avito to sell it, but I would buy a new smartphone in a store. At the same time, it is far from the fact that I would look at the flagships, most likely I would take some average from Huawei, or maybe Meizu / Xiaomi.

And now a question for you, dear readers: what are you doing with old smartphones? Selling? Are you giving it to your relatives? Or are they just stored in a shelf?
