One of the most frequent comments on most smartphone reviews: 'Yes, with such bezels around the screen, I would never buy it!' Why is this so important to some? We understand today's gatherings.
Hi, I'm finishing my review here Lenovo Phab 2 Pro, just today I was finishing up photos of the smartphone and decided to additionally click on its frames. 'Again commentators will be unhappy with the device,' I thought, seeing the black frame around the display. Seriously, lately the trend for thin frames around the screen has acquired the scale of some kind of mass hysteria, while completely unfounded. Why do people even need thin bezels in a smartphone display? Obviously, such a device, firstly, looks more spectacular, and secondly, narrower. But showiness does not equal convenience, and the gain in body width is minimal. Therefore, when I see a state employee or a device of the middle segment with ordinary rather than thin frames, then for me this is not such a direct drawback. And for our commentators – it is.
I remember that I once wrote a review of the ZTE Nubia Z11 and noted to myself: 'Well, there probably won't be anything to complain about at all' and indeed, the device was surprisingly warmly welcomed in the comments and of course the frameless display played an important role in this.
But maybe I'm wrong and there are some other significant advantages, thanks to which you will buy only a device with small frames, dear readers? I am waiting for your answers in the comments, and at the same time you can tell which of the smartphones, in your opinion, have rather thin frames.
