Today we met with a friend, he saw the installed TouchPal on my HTC U11. 'Why don't you go to Gboard? And then you are straight retrograde! ' – he noted. 'Is it really Gboard that is the most modern solution among geeks', – I thought and decided to ask this question to you dear readers, and at the same time tell you what keyboards I use myself.
Hello! In fact, I myself usually use Gboard, this is due to banal laziness. I'm tired of constantly backing up and synchronizing dictionaries on third-party keyboards, and a solution from Google has recently received almost all of their functionality. Plus, most devices have this keyboard pre-installed and you don't even need to download it. I usually don't use TouchPal, but on HTC U11 this keyboard is pre-installed and made with the theme for the old Sense keyboard, which I remember with great fondness, so I didn't change it.
Before that, I was an active user of Swype and praised him to everyone, until they turned off automatic synchronization and cloud recovery of user dictionaries for the Russian market. Without these two features, Swype ceased to be so interesting for me and I switched to Gboard.
But what you use, dear readers, I don’t know, so feel free to tell us about your favorite and most comfortable keyboards in the comments.
P.S. In one of the issues of the gatherings, the reader noted that you Eugene at the gatherings do not tell us anything new, you just ask constantly. And he is partially right, however, the format of the gatherings is built on a dialogue with you. I tell a story, share my opinion, listen to yours along with your own recommendations, and other readers get useful information from the comments. After all, we have some of the most active commentators.
