Google has announced that over the next few weeks, its online store, Google Play, will have a new 'Designed for Families' section for apps, which the search giant will use to provide users with new ways to browse, search, and discover. These are high quality apps and games designed for all family members.
To implement this project, Google invites developers to familiarize themselves with the requirements for participants in the 'Designed for Families' program and today select a new section for their application in the developer console. Later, if the application meets all the requirements of the 'Designed for Families' program, it will appear in the corresponding section of the Google Play store and in the search results.
