The company Acer at the IFA 2015 consumer electronics show, which opened its doors in Berlin today, presented four new models of smartphones running the Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system – Liquid Z630, Z530, Z330 and Z320.
Acer Liquid Z630
The older models, the Liquid Z630 and Z530, feature a gracefully curved chassis with updated front cameras, wide-angle lenses and advanced audio features. In addition, new smartphones include features such as Acer BluelightShield 2, which controls the blue backlighting of the screen, and DTS Studio Sound, which provides high quality sound for listening to music or watching movies.
Acer Liquid Z630 features a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor MediaTek MT6735 with 64-bit instructions, large 5.5-inch HD display, 1 or 2 GB RAM, 8 GB or 16 GB built-in memory, support for Cat4 LTE and Wi-Fi 802.11 b / g / n networks, wireless technology Bluetooth 4.0 EDR, as well as a 4000 mAh battery.
In addition, the Liquid Z630S will be on sale with an eight-core processor, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory.
Acer Liquid Z530
Acer Liquid Z530 is similar in technical characteristics to the 630 model, except for the presence of a smaller (5-inch) display and more compact dimensions (144 × 70.3 × 8.9 mm for the younger versus 156.3 × 77 , 5×8.9 mm – for the older one). An extended version of the Liquid Z530S with an eight-core processor, 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal memory will also be available on the market.
Smartphones Acer Liquid Z330 and Z320 are technically almost identical, except for the fact that the older model supports 4G / LTE networks, and the younger one only 3G. In addition, the younger model has a 2 MP front camera, while the Z330 already has 5 MP. Otherwise, the Liquid Z330 and Z320 are similar – they have a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 processor, a 4.5-inch FWVGA display, 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal memory, a 5 MP main camera, and support for Wi-Fi technology. Fi 802.11 b / g / n and Bluetooth 4.0 EDR.
Acer Liquid Z630 will go on sale in Europe this month for 199 Euros. The Z530 and Z330 are expected to be on sale next month at prices of 149 and 129 Euros respectively.
