Samsung Electronics announced the release of a new version of the app – Samsung Health 6.0 with improved tools for maintaining health and fitness, a new interface and enhanced personalization options.
As noted by the developers, thanks to the improved interface, clear design and updated functionality, the Samsung Health 6.0 application has become even more intuitive, interactive and easy to operate. Based on user feedback and recent design trends, Samsung Health's home screen is more user-friendly by grouping features into categories to make it easier for users to find them.
Users will now be able to share photos and share their athletic achievements with friends through the updated Together tab, as well as participate in the monthly Global Challenge.
The Discover tab offers user-specific content to help you quickly find relevant content, including articles, programs and apps, based on interests and fitness level. In addition, sports gadgets, accessories and health products can be purchased right in the Samsung Health app.
The improved interface in the updated Samsung Health app on Samsung wearables provides the user with more information at the same time, has GPS support and allows one-click exercise and heart rate measurement. Users are now offered a choice of 39 different exercises and can track their athletic performance by connecting to a wearable device or smart watch. The most advanced wearable devices, the Samsung Galaxy Watch, track metrics throughout your workout, even if the user changes the load, such as sitting on a stationary bike after a run.
Samsung smart device users have even more features in the updated Samsung Health app. For example, by running the Sleep Phase Detection mode, they can measure and analyze sleep cycles. In addition, the application allows you to measure the heart rate and its change, and also offers a step-by-step program for breathing exercises.
