Google has expanded the Help section for its Google Play online app store, where information for family groups notes that, in addition to the ability to subscribe to family members on Google Play Music, there is also an opportunity for members of such a group to buy apps and make in-game purchases.
Such purchases are made at the expense of the Administrator of this group, who sets the general method of payment and also has the ability to control, approve and manage such purchases.
Unfortunately, this option is available in a limited list of countries, where Russia is not included:
