Huawei occupied a quarter of the Russian tablet market

M.Video and Eldorado summed up the results of retail sales of tablets in the first quarter of 2018, where they noted that the market had stabilized, demand in March exceeded last year's indicators in monetary terms by 5%. In January-March, more than 780 thousand devices were sold in Russia for a total of more than 7.7 billion rubles. Tablets Huawei reached almost a quarter of the market in both piece and value terms, and became the most popular brand.

The company Huawei in the first quarter of 2018 increased sales by 2.5 times compared to the same period last year and occupied a quarter of the market both in total retail sales and online due to growth in device sales on a dynamic average price segment. More than half of the consumer tablets sold on the market, costing from 10 to 15 thousand rubles, as well as about a third of devices costing from 15 to 25 thousand rubles, come from the Chinese manufacturer.
