Google has published another monthly report on the relative number Android of devices depending on the version of the operating system installed on them, where the trend continues to fall in the share of all versions Android of the previous Android 7 .x Nougat, including Android 6.x Marshmallow devices, which did not drop until this summer.
The presented data, which was collected during the week as of November 9, shows that the share of devices running the latest version Android 8.0 Oreo has increased, compared to the last month when they first appeared in the report, by only 0.1%:
Recall that the collection of data for this report is carried out according to the method, where devices with versions of operating systems earlier than Android 2.2 that do not support the new version of the Google Play Store, which allows measuring the number of devices actively connecting to the application store, are removed.
