The popular benchmark Antutu has published data on the performance rating of smartphones for August 2018. One of the leading positions in it was taken by a novelty from MEIZU – the MEIZU 16th smartphone.
Antutu, in a press release about the fastest smartphones in August 2018, notes that the rating includes the average (and not the maximum achieved) value of the smartphone indicator among all tests performed by users, but not less than 1000 devices in total. For this reason, as noted in the MEIZU company, MEIZU 16th Plus did not manage to get into the rating, which scored a higher average test result, but by the time of summing up the results for August, it did not manage to collect the required total average number of results from users (more than 1000).
MEIZU also noted that MEIZU 16th outpaced all of its direct flagship competitors, including: Xiaomi Mi 8 and Mi 8 Explorer Edition, OnePlus 6, Samsung Galaxy Note 9 and Xiaomi Mi Mix 2. This means that MEIZU 16th is the fastest Android smartphone officially available on the Russian market in the near future. However, he still lost the palm to his competitor – a smartphone Black Shark from Xiaomi.
