MEIZU RUSSIA decided to share information on the percentage of defects in MEIZU devices on the Russian market. According to MEIZU RUSSIA, such information from other manufacturers, as a rule, is not published in public sources and is known only to specialists, as well as within companies. Therefore, it is impossible to determine the average value for the smartphone market, but, as a rule, it is 2-3%, if we take information from open sources.
Their decision to publish such data in MEIZU RUSSIA is associated with the fact that users sometimes ask what the percentage of defects is for its devices, and since the MEIZU brand is new for Russia, so many do not know it and are afraid to buy devices of an unknown brand.
The information has been collected by us on the basis of requests from users of certified MEIZU smartphones officially imported into Russia to a branded service center in Moscow, as well as to authorized service centers in Russia:
- The marriage rate for the MEIZU MX4 Pro smartphone does not exceed 2%
- The scrap rate for smartphones MEIZU MX4 and MEIZU M1 NOTE does not exceed 1.5%
- Defective rate for smartphones MEIZU MX2, MX3 does not exceed 2.5%
