Opera has added video traffic saving function for Android

The Norwegian company Opera Software announced a new version of the Opera browser for Android video compression feature, which compresses the size of online video, allowing users to consume less data and spend less time waiting for video buffering. To take full advantage of this function, just go to the 'Save traffic' section in the settings menu and activate 'Video compression'.

Simultaneously with the release of the new version of the Opera browser for Android, Opera updated the Opera Mini browser for Android, improving the built-in file download manager. Opera Mini now notifies users when the download is complete, so the user can continue to perform other tasks on their phone without having to constantly check the download status. In addition, new tabs can now be opened in the background of the browser and it is even more convenient to switch between them, which greatly simplifies navigation between multiple sites.
