“Reader” is a mobile application that reads aloud the text books and documents loaded into it using the Russian speech synthesis technology. In fact, it allows any book to be dubbed in real time. Books are read directly on a mobile device, without Internet access.
On the one hand, 'Reader' can be categorized as regular readers, of which there are now a sufficient number on Google Play. Here 'Reader' is no better and no worse than other applications, it does not have unnecessary functionality, but it fully fulfills its task.
On the other hand, 'Reader' can be attributed to audiobook players (players), since in fact they provide the same opportunity – to listen to books. But the 'Reader' has a huge and indisputable advantage over the players – it allows you not only to listen to audiobooks, but to voice ordinary textbooks. The book you want to listen to is not always in audio format, at the same time, you can almost always find its text version.
