According to the American journalist Evan Nelson Blass on the pages of the VentureBeat portal, the company Huawei on November 3 in Munich, Germany is going to hold an event at which it will show its new flagship smartphone. But, according to two sources familiar with the plans of the Chinese manufacturer, Huawei will present two variants of this model – one with a standard display, and the other with a curved display along the edges, similar to what we saw in the Samsung Galaxy line. Edge.
The first smartphone, codenamed Manhattan (pictured in the top row), is equipped, as noted above, with a conventional display resolution Full HD, while the second (in the bottom row), with a curved display, goes under internally named Long Island, it features a curved Quad HD display and supports Daydream VR headset capabilities.
However, Long Island's sales may only be limited to the home Chinese market, while Manhattan expects to see global markets.
From the known technical specifications Huawei Mate 9 reliably knows about the presence of a 64-bit eight-core HiSilicon Kirin 960 processor, a large 5.9-inch display, as well as various memory options, including 6 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal memory.
The main camera is a dual Leica module, similar to the one we saw in the Huawei P9.
