The South Korean company Samsung Electronics presents a new service for Russian users – repair with delivery to service. As part of this project, Samsung couriers will deliver the devices to the company's service center for free and bring them back after repair.
The service can be used by owners of Samsung smartphones with a valid warranty in Moscow (within the Moscow Ring Road), St. Petersburg (within the Ring Road), Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk and Rostov-on-Don. The user needs to hand over the smartphone, charger and accessory to the courier in case the problem is directly related to the operation of this accessory. The average repair time is 1 to 3 days.
To order the delivery of a smartphone to the service, just call the hotline by phone or leave a request on the company's website. Samsung specialists will contact users to confirm the request and agree on a convenient time for the device transfer. If the application was accepted before 12 noon, the courier will arrive on the same day. If the appeal was received after 12:00, the courier will pick up the device the next day.
