The South Korean company Samsung Electronics has officially unveiled two of its new phablets – the Galaxy S6 edge + with rounded edges of the 5.7-inch Quad HD Super AMOLED display and the Galaxy Note5 with its fifth-generation S Pen stylus.
The presented new items, according to the manufacturer, are distinguished by the presence of displays with the world's best technologies, the most advanced cameras with optical image stabilization that create high-quality photos and videos, high-speed wireless and wired charging, as well as a high-performance processor.
Both smartphones are equipped with 4 GB of RAM with high-speed and energy-efficient LPDDR4 memory modules, Samsung Pay wireless payment service, support 4K (UHD) video shooting, seamless connection technology (wired and wireless) to a PC – SideSync on various platforms and operating systems for quick access to files and data. In addition, these devices are equipped with advanced security features, including KNOX Active Protection and My KNOX.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 edge + and Note5 will be available in 32GB and 64GB variants. Sales start on August 21 this year (depending on the market).
