Google has published its next monthly report on the relative number Android of devices depending on the version of the operating system, where, after a few months, there is an increase in the share of devices running old versions Android.
The presented data, which was collected during the week as of May 2, shows not only an increase in the share of Android 7.0 Nougat devices, compared to the previous month, but also a slight increase in devices running Android 2.3.x Gingerbread and Android 5.1 Lollipop, whose share until now has only been falling for several months in a row.
Recall that the collection of data for this report is carried out according to the method, where devices with versions of operating systems earlier than Android 2.2 that do not support the new version of the Google Play Store, which allows measuring the number of devices actively connecting to the application store, have been removed.
