Google announced that from today Ukrainian users Android will be able to make purchases offline and online using Android Pay. Thus, Ukraine has become the 15th country in the world where users can download the application and use the contactless payment service Android Pay.

The service allows you to pay for goods and services in stores and applications using smartphones based on Android 4.4 and higher. To start using the service, the user needs to download the application from Google Play and add the details of their bank cards, and then at the cash register simply unlock the smartphone and bring it to the NFC payment terminal.

Today Android Pay in Ukraine works only with Mastercard and Visa cards issued by PrivatBank, however, the list of banks, as promised in Google, will be constantly updated.
