The company Xiaomi announced that it became the winner in the Best Growing Product Brand nomination according to the Best Brands – 2019 international award. The winners of the award were announced at a ceremony that took place on April 9 in Moscow.
As a reminder, Best Brands is an independent international marketing award awarded since 2004. It is the only award in the field that measures brand strength based on two key criteria: economic success in the market and popularity with consumers and is based entirely on the results of comprehensive representative research conducted by GfK. This year the ceremony was held for the first time in Russia.
As noted in Xiaomi, Russia is a priority market in its global expansion plan. In 2018, according to experts, Xiaomi demonstrated the most significant growth rates in shipments on the Russian smartphone market.
