The Indian company YU has announced its new smartphone model – YU Yutopia, whose technical characteristics match the world's leading flagships this year, and the price is at the level of mid-range models.
The new product is currently available for pre-order on the Indian site Amazon at a price of 24,999 Indian rupees (~ $ 377), and the start of sales in a week. At the same time, the presented novelty has a rather elegant appearance, a body made of a light and durable alloy of magnesium and aluminum used in the aviation industry, which houses a large 5.2-inch display from Sharp with a resolution of 2K (2560 × 1440) with protective glass Corning Concore glass.
In addition, there is a place for a 21 MP main camera with an optical image stabilization system and phase detection autofocus (Sony Exmor RS IMX230), a wide-angle 8 MP front camera, a high-performance eight-core processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 that supports 64-bit instructions, and also 4 GB of RAM (DDR4) and 32 GB of internal memory, expandable through the use of external memory cards (up to 128 GB).
In addition to everything, the manufacturer equipped YU Yutopia with a fingerprint scanner, Li-Pol battery with a capacity of 3000 mAh, Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 fast charging system, advanced audio control capabilities, including support for DTS audio technology, NXP TFA9887 built-in audio chip, two loud speakers and a system of three microphones that support stereo sound recording with noise reduction.
YU Yutopia runs Cyanogen OS 12.1 based on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop.
